Welcome to Gummi, an AI-powered caption generator and photo enhancement application. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Gummi ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and NOVA Universe Software Company Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting within the App. Your continued use of Gummi after such posting constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

• GummiGPT: Unlimited AI-powered Q&A supporting up to 2.9 million characters
• PDF Processing: Unlimited multi-page PDF document upload and analysis

2.2 AI Technology

Our services utilize third-party professional APIs and advanced artificial intelligence technologies. We do not develop internal AI systems but leverage leading industry solutions to provide our features.

2.3 Free Service

Gummi is provided as a free service. All features are available at no cost to users, supported by advertising revenue.

2.4 Service Availability

Gummi operates globally except in China. Service availability may vary by region and is subject to local laws and regulations.

3.1 Age Requirements

Gummi is intended for users aged 12 and older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 12 years of age. Users under 12 are strictly prohibited from using our services.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Compliance with these Terms and applicable laws

3.3 Account Termination

• Share explicit, violent, or discriminatory content

4.3 Content Guidelines

All content uploaded to Gummi must be:

• Legally owned or licensed by you
• Appropriate and non-offensive
• Compliant with community standards
• Free from malware or harmful code

5.1 Your Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all photos, documents, and other content you upload to Gummi. We do not claim ownership of your original content.

5.2 Generated Content

Content generated by our AI services (captions, music recommendations, analysis results) is provided to you for your use. However, similar outputs may be generated for other users given the nature of AI technology.

5.3 License to Use

By uploading content to Gummi, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Temporarily store your content during processing

5.4 Data Deletion

As stated in our Privacy Policy, uploaded files are processed immediately and deleted after processing. We do not permanently store your personal content.

6.2 User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content
• Making necessary edits before publication
• Ensuring content appropriateness for your intended use
• Compliance with platform-specific guidelines when sharing

6.3 Character Limits

GummiGPT supports processing up to 2.9 million characters. We will notify you when approaching this limit to help manage your content effectively.

7.1 Privacy Commitment

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our data practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

7.2 Data Collection

Gummi collects minimal data to provide our services:

• Google AdMob Advertising Data: Standard advertising identifiers and interaction data for ad serving
• User Questions: Questions and prompts submitted to our AI services for processing and response generation

We do not collect any other personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or personal identifiers.

7.3 Data Usage

The limited data we collect is used solely for:

• Serving relevant advertisements through Google AdMob
• Processing your AI queries through third-party APIs
• Improving our AI response quality

7.4 Third-Party Services

Your questions and data are processed by third-party AI services. The handling of this data depends on the AI providers we use and their respective privacy policies. We do not permanently store your questions or personal content.

8.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

Gummi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.1 User Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NOVA Universe Software Company Limited from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App and services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your uploaded content or generated materials
• Infringement of third-party rights

10.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your use of Gummi at any time by uninstalling the App and ceasing to use our services.

10.2 Termination by Company

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Inappropriate or illegal behavior

10.3 Effect of Termination
